Earlier this year I was involved in a recording project for Nadja’s Song, a chamber opera for mezzo soprano and piano by Lucy Armstrong.

Commissioned by Bergen National Opera for Ingvild Schultze-­‐Florey, this chamber opera gives voice to Nadja, the object of André Breton’s fascination in his 1928 semi-autobiographical surrealist novel Nadja.
